Who We Are

In 1990, Johnnie Stewart began serving the local community as a plumber, opening Stewart’s Plumbing Inc as a family-owned residential plumbing business. Over the decades, Johnnie became known as a Shelby County community figure who was a man of his word and a skilled plumber.

William Stewart, Johnnie’s son, began joining his father on service calls as early as 5 years old, learning the trade of plumbing from the inside out. After graduating high school, William acquired his plumbing license and began operating as the main plumber for Stewart’s Plumbing Inc, taking over the day-to-day operations from his father.

Since 2017, William has owned and operated Stewart’s Plumbing Inc with the same core values of stewardship and craftsmanship that Johnnie instilled in him years ago. William and his team operate out of the same storefront on Main Street that his father started Stewart’s Plumbing Inc out of over 30 years ago.
